Scheduled maintenance on Saturday, June 20th will affect UI Claimants, Job Seekers, and Employers

Job Service North Dakota will be conducting scheduled maintenance which will affect the employer internet website (UI EASY), the secure file transfer portal (Secure FTP), the claimant internet website (UI ICE), the claims center interactive voice response phone systems (701-328-4995), and the Virtual One Stop job seeking and posting site on Saturday, June 20, 2026, beginning at 5 AM and ending no later than 10 AM CT.  Expect intermittent outages. Our website, jobsnd.com, will be available during this time.  

Customers may be unable to file an unemployment insurance claim, certify eligibility or complete required UI activities while maintenance is performed. Employers may be unable to access their UI EASY accounts. Job seekers may be unable to search for jobs or update and post resumes, and employers may be unable to post jobs to the site. Job Service North Dakota encourages customers to complete these activities prior to the downtime or once the system returns to normal operation.
